It has reasonably good and thoughtful employees from a really nice member of staff. The location is particularly good and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an independent cinema. And the area is very very nice so close to Near New St Station-close to shops, bullring, Christmas market as well as broad street the Birmingham arena and nightlife and the train station with fast trains to the airport and a short walk to the bullring in one direction and the canal district in the other.

The breakfast options were excellent, the place was impressive and fairly clean, with reasonably priced food, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

This hotel was located in a central area really close to general centre of Birmingham, and the shopping/restaurants.

The hotel has a modern design and is luxurious and functional. The location is great and absolutely perfect, with only a 5-minute walk to a landmark mall. It's a short walk to Christmas markets, restaurants, the Bullring, Broad Street, the Birmingham Arena. The staff is really nice and friendly.

The corridors and wheelchairs look very battered, something urgently needs to be done here. Construction site directly in front of the hotel, any view is completely gone.

The location was marvellous, you can visit The Mailbox by walking. The staff was decent and best in any situation.

The room is big and recently renovated, with a spacious bathroom that has a walk-in shower, located in a convenient area near the central station.
